Tony Bello is 16 years old, and has been studying piano for 13 years. He began his piano studies with Ursula Ingolfsson at The Leopold Mozart Academy and went on to study with Nicholas Mynyk before joining Professor Ingrid Clarfield’s studio in 2022.
Tony has won numerous piano awards, notably 2nd Place in the Piano Teachers Congress Honors Program, 1st Place in the Philadelphia Music Teachers Association Dr. Andor Kiszley competition, 2nd Place in the Great Composers Competition (GCC)-Best Bach Performance and Best Mozart Performance, and Honorable Mention in the NJMTA Young Musician Competition. Tony has performed solo pieces in numerous recitals, including the Legacy Arts Mozart Birthday Marathon at the Princeton United Methodist Church. He also participated in a piano masterclass with Charles Abramovic. Tony attends Conwell Egan Catholic High School and is a member of their Chamber Choir. He was also accepted as a member of the All Catholic Chorus. Tony performs recitals regularly for the Memory Care Unit at Pickering Manor in Newtown, and has served as relief organist for St. Luke’s Episcopal Church.
